Hi, I'm Nicole, the founder of NIKIGO. Do you avoid soy? Me too - I'm allergic to soy and a whole lot of other things. Having to avoid soy sauce makes life hard when you're craving Asian food. And let's face it, those other soy-free options like coconut aminos just don't pass the taste test. So I decided to create my own and frankly, it's mind-blowing!
