Hi, I’m Nicole, the founder of NIKIGO. Do you avoid soy? Millions do. In my case, it’s food allergies – soy, nuts, sesame – I’m allergic to all sorts of foods. Which makes life hard when you’re craving Asian food. Soy sauce is a key ingredient in Asian cuisines, but let’s face it, the soy-free options, like coconut aminos, just don’t taste like real soy sauce. So I decided to make my own, and frankly, it’s kinda mind-blowing. Finally, a soy-free sauce that tastes like the real thing.
