Serves 2-4
INGREDIENTS:
2 bundles soba noodles (100 percent buckwheat noodles), around 200g
For the dipping sauce:
¼ - ½ cup NIKIGO Noodle Sauce & Broth Concentrate
Optional water to dilute
Optional Garnishes:
Finely sliced green onion
Popped amaranth or sesame seeds
Grated daikon radish
Shredded nori (dried seaweed)
DIRECTIONS:
Bring water to a boil and cook soba noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse thoroughly with cold water. Serve the noodles and garnish as you like. Serve with NIKIGO Noodle Sauce to dip the noodles in, you can dilute to your liking.
For a faster option, you can also mix the Noodle Sauce and garnishes in with the noodles. Serve cold.
