Weeknight Stir-Fry
We all need quick and easy – and delicious – meals on those busy weeknights. You’ll keep coming back to this one!
Serves 4
INGREDIENTS
1-2 tbsp avocado or olive oil I tend to use 2 tbsp for leaner meats such as chicken breast and 1 tbsp for fattier meats like beef.
3-4 cups veggies of choice, fresh or frozen, cut as necessary Broccoli, bell peppers, onions, snap peas, mushrooms, green beans, corn, etc.
1 lb meat of choice, cut into even-sized pieces, e.g. 1 inch cubes Beef, chicken or pork are all good choices, or leave out for a meatless stir-fry.
3 tbsp NIKIGO Hawaiian Style Teriyaki Sauce
3-4 tsp NIKIGO Original Soy Free Sauce (Regular or Less Salt)
Black pepper or chili flakes to taste (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
In a large skillet or wok, add oil and heat to a high temperature. Add your veggies and cook 4-6 minutes, then add your meat and cook for another 6-9 minutes. Stir in the NIKIGO Sauces and cook for another 1-3 minutes. Add pepper or chili flake. Serve with rice or your favorite side.
