Weeknight Stir-Fry

Weeknight Stir-Fry

We all need quick and easy – and delicious – meals on those busy weeknights.  You’ll keep coming back to this one!

Serves 4

INGREDIENTS

1-2 tbsp avocado or olive oil   I tend to use 2 tbsp for leaner meats such as chicken breast and 1 tbsp for fattier meats like beef.

3-4 cups veggies of choice, fresh or frozen, cut as necessary   Broccoli, bell peppers, onions, snap peas, mushrooms, green beans, corn, etc.

1 lb meat of choice, cut into even-sized pieces, e.g. 1 inch cubes   Beef, chicken or pork are all good choices, or leave out for a meatless stir-fry.

3 tbsp NIKIGO Hawaiian Style Teriyaki Sauce

3-4 tsp NIKIGO Original Soy Free Sauce (Regular or Less Salt)

Black pepper or chili flakes to taste (optional)

DIRECTIONS:

In a large skillet or wok, add oil and heat to a high temperature.  Add your veggies and cook 4-6 minutes, then add your meat and cook for another 6-9 minutes.  Stir in the NIKIGO Sauces and cook for another 1-3 minutes.  Add pepper or chili flake.  Serve with rice or your favorite side.
