NIKIGO Makes Bold Debut at Fancy Food Show

NIKIGO created quite a buzz at the Specialty Food Association’s Summer Fancy Food Show in New York City, where we unveiled our groundbreaking line of allergy-friendly Asian-style sauces. From June 29 to July 1, buyers, chefs, and media from around the globe flocked to the NIKIGO booth to sample what several told us was “the best thing at the show.”  Founder Nicole Gordon was immediately asked to appear in a major food industry podcast to share her story.


We were proud to introduce NIKIGO Original Sauce, our soy-free soy sauce replacement, along with our versatile Noodle Sauce, and crowd favorite Hawaiian-Style Teriyaki Sauce, each one free of the top 9 major food allergens.  Many visitors from Japan, China and Korea were amazed at the authentic taste of our sauces.
